General Manager, Snagajob Innovation Lab
Jason Hamilton serves as the general manager of the Snagajob Innovation Lab. In this role, his team leverages product and technology to re-imagine the hourly work experience and improve the lives and successes of workers, employers and businesses.
Prior to joining Snagajob in 2010, Jason worked as a management consultant at Monitor Group where he helped Fortune 500 companies uncover and capitalize on new growth opportunities. Earlier in his career, he focused on solving workforce and education challenges both domestically and abroad, helping to optimize adult workforce programs in San Diego and child education strategies in Mumbai, India. He began his professional career as an accountant in KPMG's audit practice.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School. His passion for the hourly employment industry began as a young child while helping his father, who was a retail store manager for more than 20 years. His first hourly job was as a stock boy and cashier.
