As the Founder, President and CEO of Reliant, Chris Wright has led the company's development of end-to-end talent management solutions and assessments that are used by more than 1,000 companies globally. Chris works with chief executives and HR executives at many Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations and academic institutions to align talent and business strategies.
His expertise lies in helping organizations define and measure employee engagement, develop effective hiring strategies and integrate talent management technology and processes.
Chris received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa. He has been a frequent presenter, speaker and panelist at conferences such as the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Academy of Management, and Society for Human Resource Management. He has co-authored research articles in the Journal of Business and Psychology and the Journal of Applied Psychology. He has served on the Board and as President of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA), a SHRM Chapter Affiliate.
Chris has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Tulsa and is currently an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program at Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
